Amidst a stew of negative data on consumers and companies earnings especially GE, Dow was really Down right from the bell closing at -256.56. Gasoline prices repeated hit new highs, I am afraid that the interest rate might be hiked instead of being lowered due to such circumstances. This is quite an ugly week overall.
