Yahoo arguments seemed to be centered on the theme of not receiving a written agreement for $33/share. Which brings my question, they do have great lawyers with them, also even if the lawyers aren’t present, they do have a mouth to say ” Can we have it in black and white”? Write it at the back of a paper napkin then? Any great deal? Much that $33 be on parchment paper and sealed?
