Certainly not good news , GM to lay off 3,500 at 4 pickup truck and SUV factories. Adding on to the unemployment figures . The Dow as down 20.11 as everyone is more focused on the Fed news and waiting for it before they take action. One silver lining about the unemployment that it may encourage the Fed to cut interest rates.
